    The problem I have is that even though I have the correct driver installed for my graphics card, and I know it works, when I reboot it adds this second driver, and then the display is garbled. I used to be able to uninstall the extra driver and reboot, but now it reinstalls on reboot. This pc is not worth upgrading. If I can’t resolve this I might retire it and make do with my phone

      Dear Bill. To avoid automatic installation of drivers follow these steps: 1. Press Windows key + X > select System. 2. Click the Advanced System Settings option from the right side. 3. Select the Hardware tab > click Device Driver Installation. This will prevent Windows 10 from automatically installing drivers when you connect or install new hardware. Regards
