What Is Internet Privacy?
Internet Privacy is the level of security of your data available on the Internet. Online Privacy includes all factors, techniques, and technologies used to secure private data, including credentials, settings, and communications of any sort. Internet Privacy is being violated for two significant reasons:
- Internet Privacy is violated by hackers who try to gain banking or social networking credentials to benefit themselves by someone else’s identities. Cybercriminals are always on the look for unsecured computers to try to access them and gather data. This can be prevented by installing preventative software such as Antivirus and Anti-malware along with enabling firewalls.
- Another issue associated with the violation of Internet Privacy is that many browsers try to collect user data. Something like shopping preferences, visiting websites, and analyzing it before selling it to various organizations will then use it for marketing purposes.
These issues only occur when we connect to the internet. And the most common tool we use to surf the internet is a web browser. But what if our web browsers are collecting the stored data in the form of cookies and cache on our computers? The solution to this then is to use a secured browser that does not store any data at all, and that is where we must download Tor Browser for Android.
Tor onion Browser for Android is a web browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge but with a huge difference. It was developed, keeping in mind one major factor that is the privacy of the user. Tor Browser for Android isolates every website you visit so that you don’t get unnecessary ads, and all cookies are cleared when you exit any session. Any third-party trackers that monitor a user’s browsing habits or connections are prevented. It also allows the users to browse websites that have been blocked by your ISP and blocks any additional addons and plugins such as Flash, QuickTime, Real Player, etc. which can reveal your IP address to certain agencies which collect data.

How Does The Tor Browser For Android Work?
Tor Browser for Android works in the same way as a relay race. You can install the Tor browser for Android from Google Play Store. The baton in a relay race is passed from one runner to another until the final runner reaches the finish line. Similarly, the baton or your website request leaves your computer, undergoes encryption, and passes through the Tor network three times, each time with different encryption, making it impossible to track the data flow. After the data passes through three gateways, it reaches the Tor client-server, which processes the request and sends it back through the same tri-encrypted channel back to the user’s computer and decrypts it, so the user gets to view the website he/she requested for.
Security is the main priority of Tor onion Browser for Android developers, and there are 5 options to implement security while browsing the internet. Install the Tor browser for Android now and avail all these features.
New Private Tab. This tab does not save any data in the form of Cookies or Cache on your Android device or anywhere in the network.
Settings. Users can clear private data if accumulated on the local storage, manage logins, enable/disable cookies, show suggestions if required, and toggle between many options.
HTTPS everywhere. HTTPS stands for “Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure,” which ensures that you only access secure websites.
No Script. This allows the user to disable scripts from running on the website. Website developers may sometimes embed a website with scripts that make it easier to the browser and, at the same time, may collect user information like location, age group, gender, etc.
Security Settings. These settings allow the user to make browsing even more secure by disabling JavaScript on all websites, disable specific fonts, icons, and symbols. The website loads in a static version, and the audio and video content do not play automatically but require user intervention to start.
Ads-free browsing. Once you install the Tor browser for Android, you will be free from the annoying ads while browsing the internet. The Tor browser blocks the third-party trackers, and it makes the browser secure.
Multiple encryption layers. To ensure security to the users, the Tor browser passes your traffic from three layers from various servers. This is to give you more protection and to avoid the trackers online.

Your thoughts on Tor Browser for Android
Privacy is the most critical factor when it comes to browsing the Internet. But using Tor Browser for Android doesn’t give you the right to browse websites that you shouldn’t. Remember, the first law of Digitalization states that every step taken on the Internet is being recorded somewhere and can be obtained if required. Tor onion Browser for Android does not guarantee you 100% anonymity but can help you ward off trackers which track your browsing moves to observe a pattern and promote E-commerce.
Since I have downloaded Tor Browser APK, I have found the original website content unfamiliar as it is no longer being customized as per my search history and browsing results. For Example, earlier, when I used to open Amazon.com on my Chrome browser, I used to get products and offers relating to what I have stored in my cart or Wishlist. But that is no longer the case with Tor Browser for Android, and it displays a default Amazon.com that you would experience on an incognito browser or another device where you are not signed in. I still love my Google Chrome as it creates a world catered for my needs only, but then I decided to go for the Red Pill as it was all a Matrix that needed to be broken. Do let me know which pill you would like to take, or in simple words, would you like to carry out your browsing business as usual (Blue Pill) or explore the world of Tor (Red Pill) in the comments section below.

I think it is difficult to take the blue pill anymore. We are used to the system as-is, and we want to read or consume what we want! It is sometimes better to have AI do the job of deciding for us, suggesting things to us and telling us what to do. I am not saying TOR is not needed but TOR may not be the solution – the problem is our addiction to the machine and algos around us.Dheeraj Manghnani
Hi Shashank, I agree with the fact that it is difficult to break the bubble created by the invisible algorithms surrounding us. But after one comes to know the fact that the Internet he/she browses has been customized for the sole purpose of marketing something or other, it becomes even difficult to accept that we are being treated as puppets with the strings in the hands of E-Commerce giants. I think all of us can at least try to use Tor Browser for some time and see the difference.Bar
