1. Type Registry Editor in Windows search bar and press Enter

2. You will now see the search result select Registry Editor and from the right pane, click Run as administrator

4. Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\TelemetryController

6. Alter the name to TelemetryControllerX and press Enter

7. Reboot your Windows system.
