How to Get Started with YouTube Incognito Mode for Android:

If you have smartphone with Android operating system installed on it then you are all good to use Incognito Mode on YouTube app.

1. To get started, first of all visit Google Play Store and update your YouTube app to the latest version 13.25.56, in case you are not using an updated version of the app.
2. After updating, launch YouTube app and tap on your profile picture located at the top right corner of the screen.
   
3. In the user account window, tap on Turn on Incognito option to turn on incognito mode on YouTube app.
   
4. Now a message will appear letting you know that when you come out of the incognito mode, all your activity will be cleared. Also, that your activity can still be monitored by ISP, employer and school.
   
5. Once you enter incognito mode you will find that your profile picture is replaced by incognito icon and a message is displayed at the end of the screen displaying “You’re incognito”.

How to Disable Incognito Mode in YouTube app:
Turning off incognito mode is as simple as turning it on. To turn off Incognito mode in YouTube app tap on incognito icon at top right corner of the screen.

Things to Remember with YouTube Incognito Mode:

Although YouTube incognito mode is one of the best way to anonymously view videos but still it comes with some restrictions. In incognito mode, you will not be able to access subscriptions, as it will display a screen stating, “Your subscriptions are hidden while you’re incognito” and ask you to turn off incognito mode.

Similarly, in this mode you cannot access library and inbox, as in this mode you no more remain signed in to your account. However, you can watch trending and other available videos as earlier.
