My mother’s Dell PC was getting 3Mbps download and about 10Mbps upload and rebooting after 10-15 minutes of use. Stopped and disabled the service and it went download speed increased to 95Mbps. (She only has 100Mb internet). System reboots stopped as well. Tried uninstalling first, and it tries to reinstall and hangs her old Dell PC. I just stopped the process and disabled the service from starting on reboot.Mridula Nimawat
