Press the search icon placed on the Taskbar, type “On-screen keyboard” and hit Enter.

If any of the keys on your keypad and the number pad become unresponsive, you can use this virtual keyboard to get your job done without hampering your productivity.

Solution 1: Check the Num Lock Key

Do you see a tiny light on the Num lock key? Well, if the Num Lock key is enabled, then you can easily use the number pad on your keyboard. But if the Num Lock key is stuck and if it’s not working, then you won’t be able to access the entire number pad.
