Hi there! There used to be a function of Hide Profile that we can prevent profiles we have searched before from popping up the moment we type a similar first letter in the search bar. Hello Kim, If you find an Instagram account in your name which does not belong to you, report it using another Instagram account and it will be taken down. Hope it helps.
