Do you have an additional router with wifi on your network? If so you may have a conflict with the name/address that your router assigns to a new user and the name that the Gateway assigns. If they have assigned the same name you will get the error connection_timed_out. This error is generated by your browser and is temporary since wifi names are leased not permanent. Solution: Go to your router’s settings and set DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) so the addresses won’t collide, OR, better yet, remove the router/wifi or turn off wifi in the router.
