    Love CleanMyMac but it does need some improvement. I am here because it did not clean out the Adobe sprawl in my system. Greatly appreciate the full path names for all the parts. Now, with any luck, the dang Adobe helper app won’t get re-installed in the Application Support folder and keep launching to tell me to update. Feels like a virus for crying out loud!

    Tilde (not tilda) doesn’t mean the folder is hidden, it’s shorthand for your home directory. So ~/Library means /Users/[your username]Library Also, don’t use CleanMyMac…. macOS has everything you need built-in.
