Step 1: Connect your phone to your PC via USB file transfer options. 

Step 2: Head to C:\Users\<yourusername>\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\. Type this path in file explorer, and you’ll be redirected to the iTunes media folder. Instead of <yourusername>, type-in your system admin name. 

Step 3: Here, select music files or folders and copy them (Ctrl+C).

Step 4: Head to your Phone storage and paste these files in a designated folder for iTunes music. 

Step 5: Now you can use Google Play Music or any third-party music player app to sync this folder with your phone’s music library.
