How To Block/Unblock Someone On Instagram

Step 1: Open your Instagram account.

Step 2: Go to the profile of the user, you want to block.

Step 3: Click on the (…) icon with the three dots at the top right-hand corner of the screen next to the name of the user.

Step 4: Tap Block, and confirm that you want to block the user.

Step 5: At the bottom of the screen, a message will appear confirming that this user has been blocked on Instagram.

How to see the List of all profiles you have blocked on Instagram:

Like other social networking sites, Instagram also maintains a list of all the profiles that you have blocked till date.

Step 1: Open Instagram.

Step 2: Go to your profile page.

Step 3: Click on the (…) icon with the three dots from the top right corner of the screen.

Step 4: Scroll down and select Blocked Users

Step 5: Now you can see the entire list of users you have blocked till date.

How to unblock someone on Instagram:

In case you have accidentally blocked someone on Instagram or you are thinking to unblock a user now, then follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Instagram and tap the profile of the user that you would like to block.

Step 2: Click on the (…) three dots icon located at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: A pop-up will appear with several options. Click on the option “Unblock” to unblock the user.

Step 4: Now Instagram will prompt you if you really want to unblock this user, click on Unblock to confirm.
