Add An Additional Account To Google Home:
- Launch the Google Home application on your smartphone.
- Tap the Device Icon located in the upper right-hand side corner.
- Tap on the Link your Account option (you may also see the “Multi-user account is available” instead
- Hit Continue.
- Make your Google Home familiar with your voice by saying Ok Google, and everything as it asks and click on Continue.
Adjust Your Preferences With Google Home App:
- Launch the Google Home
- Similar to previous steps, tap on the Device Icon located in the upper right-hand side corner.
- Once there, tap on the Menu button (the three vertical dots) for Google Home.
- Hit Settings from the list.
- Select More option under the Google Assistant settings.
- Select the feature you’re looking to adjust.
- Change your preference through the checkboxes. (tap on checkbox for desired ones)
- Hit the back arrow on left-hand side top corner to save your changes.
Unlink An Account With Google Home:
- Launch the Google Home
- Tap on the Devices icon In the top right-hand side corner of the Home screen to view the available Google Home devices.
- Scroll to search for the device card for the Google Home device you’re looking to unlink a Google Account.
- Ttap the device card menu Settings (three vertical dots) in the In the top right-hand side corner of the device card.
- Below the “Linked accounts”, you can see the Google Account that used to set up this specific Google Home device.
- Hit the Linked account(s)
- Select the account you wish to unlink from Google Home.
- Tap Remove to disengage this particular Google Home device from that of the Google Account.
