Ensure that the files in the personal vault are not shared with anyone. Given the scenario a file was shared prior to moving to personal vault, sharing will be disabled once moved to the vault. One of the best features of OneDrive’s personal vault is that it auto-locks the vault after a period of inactivity. The time on web and mobile varies like for web, inactivity time period is 20 minutes and for mobile it is 3 minutes. As the set limit is crossed, you have to unlock your vault again to access your files.
