Step 2: Now locate More icon from the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: You will get a menu to navigate to Settings (bottom right corner of the app interface).
Step 4: As you open Settings, click Your Activity.
Once you get to the feature, you can see a chart showing how much time you spent on Instagram or Facebook daily, weekly, or more. You can also put a limit to the time which we spend on Facebook or Instagram. As you cross the daily limit, the app will send you an alert to notify you.
