After setting up a Zoom Room, the Intelligent Director scrutinizes information from various cameras to determine and present the optimal camera angle showcasing participants within the Zoom Room.

The Zoom Room technology temporarily stores and manages the data needed to distinguish between the videos of persons during a Zoom conference. How to Use Intelligent Director in Zoom Meetings

Step 1: Go to the official webpage of Zoom.

Step 2: Click on Room Management, and tap on Zoom Rooms.

Step 3: This setting can be available for a particular room or location using location hierarchy. To make it available for the whole account, tap on Account Settings.

Step 4: Scroll down to the Devices section and click on the toggle switch right in front of the Allow Intelligent Director Mode.

Step 5: A prompt window will appear, tap on Enable.
