Step 4: Choose “Status”.

Step 5: Now, you select “My Contacts Except” and it will show you a list to choose the people whom you want to exclude. It hides your status for excluded people to maintain your security and privacy.

How To Share Your Status With Selected People

Step 4: It will take you to new screen where you can see three different options “My Contacts”, “My contacts except” and “Only share with”.

Note: Selecting “My Contacts” will allow your status to be visible for only for your contacts, after selecting “My contacts except” only your contacts will be able to see your status. Selecting “Only share with” will only share it with your contacts with the selected people.

Step 1: Unlock your smartphone and go to WhatsApp.

Step 2: Open “Settings”.
