YOUR COMMENTS ARE GOOD, BUT NOT COMPLETE. MY PROBLEM IS WITH A RADEON PRO WX3200 CARD STILL UNDER WARRANTY, USED JUST OVER TWO MONTHS. THE CARD PERFORMED NICELY FOR A MONTH. THEN IT SUPPORTED JUST ONE OF MY TWO MONITORS. HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THEIR SUPPORT AND TRIED ALL SUGGESTIONS. NONE WORKED, STILL HAVE JUST ONE MONITOR WORKING. AMD SUPPORT NOW ASKING ME TO RMA THE CARD TO THEIR CANADIAN FACILITY, AT MY EXPENSE INCLUDING ANY CUSTOMS CHARGES. NO MENTION OF A REPLACEMENT CARD, EVEN AFTER REPEATED ENQUIREYS. THIS IS NOT THE SERVICE I EXPECTED.

Hello Martin, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Regarding the issues you are facing with the Radeon Pro WX3200 card, we suggest disabling CrossFire. You’ll have to go to Catalyst Control Center > go to Performance -> AMD CrossFireX and select “Disable AMD CrossFireX.” If you do not have Catalyst Control Center (or have the Crimson Manager), do the following: 1. Shut down and unplug the PC from the power supply. 2. Open your case and remove the CrossFire cable from BOTH cards. 3. Replace the case cover. 4. Reboot your PC. Note: If you have Crimson Manager, you may have to reinstall it. Also, if you are not sure how to remove the crossfire cable and the case, do not do it on your own.
