Bing Chat Now Available on Google Chrome and Safari, But Here’s the Catch

Exciting news for those curious about Bing Chat on Google Chrome or Apple’s Safari! Microsoft has officially begun the rollout of its AI chatbot for both these browsers, granting access to Bing AI chatbot in its latest testing phase. While the feature is currently being released to a limited group of users, rest assured that if you haven’t received access yet, you’re not the only one eagerly awaiting it.

Bing Chat in Testing for Chrome and Safari Users but with Some Limitations 

As lucky users gained access to the Bing AI chatbot on Windows, they were greeted with a handy pop-up in the taskbar of Windows 10 or 11. But fear not, even if the pop-up didn’t grace your screen, you can still dive into the action. Simply head to Bing.com using Google Chrome or Safari and hit the “Chat” icon to embark on this delightful AI chatbot experience.

Not only is Bing making its way to various browsers, but Microsoft has also introduced a sleek update for Bing Chat – Dark Mode! Now, users can enjoy the enhanced aesthetic and reduced eye strain while engaging in seamless conversations with it.

However, here’s the catch: Microsoft plans to put some limitations on certain features of the chatbot when it’s accessed through browsers other than their own. 

Once you hit the limit in Bing Chat, the conversation takes an intriguing turn. No more questions or prompts will be accepted, and a friendly pop-up message will appear, playfully suggesting, “Sorry, this conversation has reached its limit. Use the ‘broom’ button to sweep this away and chat more.”

Bing Chat’s arrival in Chrome and Safari is happening gradually, with a phased rollout catering to select users, beginning with the United Stat. As of now, this third-party browser release is primarily focused on desktop formats.
