Step 1. Reset Windows Store Cache

Open the Run dialog box by pressing Windows + R.
Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.

Open Settings.
From the left-hand side, click on Windows Update.

Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

Launch Microsoft Store and check if the problem still persists or not.
