How To Setup Salesforce Integration With Microsoft Outlook

It looks like Microsoft is now going to be a long-term collaborator of Salesforce. Since the tie-up, Microsoft has tried to promote its own products as salesforce plugins and add-in in an attempt to make a name in CRM services. CRM or customer relationship management has evolved into industry within itself, combining efficient solutions of e-commerce, marketing, and IT altogether. This entire series of Salesforce’s integration with Microsoft products is Microsoft’s aim to make its tools more compatible with providing business and CRM solutions to Salesforce clients. And now, a new method to integrate outlook with salesforce has been brought out.

Earlier, a Salesforce plugin on Outlook was available on the platform but now things seem to be a bit more complicated. The two platforms would now be integrated into a cross-sync scenario, where you’d be able to sync contacts, conversations, and attachments, thus optimizing consumer management and increases sales.
